Malware that steals your personal details isn’t anything new. But the concern level gets raised when apps that are perceived to be secure aren’t. A cybersecurity company recently made a startling discovery: A malware variant that has screen recording and keylogging as its main function. This poses a major threat to users, as all their personal details can be stolen with ease. Here’s the backstory The discovery of malware dubbed Vultur was made by security company ThreatFabric in March this year and was shocked to learn of the malware’s capabilities....

The attackers used a malware to infect the POS system in the stores and capture credit/debit card data used by customers for Christmas purchases. Which malware was used? Who is behind the attacks, and what is the extent of the data breaches? These are the principal questions made by customers to the IT security community. The US retailer Target announced a few weeks ago that the extent of the credit card leak was even bigger than what was estimated just after the discovery of the data breach; 70 million customers are victims of the data breach, which exposed customers’ data, including names, mailing addresses, phone number and email addresses....

Netflix’s Maniac season 2 probably won’t happen, because it was never supposed to. Maniac premiered on Netflix in September 2018 and was helmed by True Detective season 1 director Cary Fukunaga, who always envisioned Maniac as a one-and-done limited series. Starring Oscar winners Jonah Hill and Emma Stone, Maniac season 1 tells the story of two strangers - Owen and Annie, respectively - who participate in a pharmaceutical experiment. Over 10 episodes, viewers learn about Owen and Annie’s hopes and fears, as well as what led them to seek out drugs in the first place....

Use Google Calendar with Cortana in Windows 10 The first thing you will need to do is connect your Google Calendar to the Windows Calendar app. Do that by launching the Calendar app in Windows and selecting Settings (gear icon) > Manage Accounts > Add Account. Then when the Choose an account screen appears select Google. Then you will be prompted to log in with your Google account credentials.
