The News Organization of Nigeria reports that the litigant, who has no proper location, is in court on a charge of having hemp.

On October 21 at 10 o’clock in Ado-Ekiti, the litigant perpetrated the wrongdoing, as per the examiner, Monitor Bamikole Olasunkanmi.

He asserted the litigant had weeds remembered to be hemp in his control.

As indicated by Olasunkanmi, the offense disregarded the Indian Hemp Act 1966 Area 5(b).

For him to audit the document and accumulate his observers, he begged the court to delay the case.

To the charge brought against him, the litigant entered a request of not blameworthy.

The respondent’s lawyer, Mr. Tunmise Akinwunmi, begged the court to deliver his client on bail with a commitment that he wouldn’t escape.

The litigant was conceded bail for N100,000 with one guarantee in a similar sum by the Main Judge, Mr. Michael Faola. He set a conference date of November 21 for the case.
